Life after treatment doesn’t always feel the way you thought it would.
The After is for the woman who made it through cancer treatment and discovered that “done” doesn’t always feel the way she thought it would.
The appointments slow down. Everyone is ready for you to be okay. Life starts moving forward again.
But your body may still be catching up. Fear can get loud. Your energy is different. Your relationships can feel different. And somewhere in all of it, you’re trying to figure out who you are now.
I created The After from inside that season myself. This 20-page digital book is part story, part encouragement and part soft place to land. I share the things I’m learning about healing after treatment, physically, emotionally and spiritually, without pretending I have all the answers.
Inside, we talk about the body that’s still recovering, fear of recurrence, relationships, movement, ordinary days, faith, grace and learning to come back to today.
This isn’t a medical guide. It is one woman who has been there, sitting beside another woman who is there now.
You made it through something enormous. You don’t have to rush what naturally comes next.
